QUANTIVA is committed to delivering high-quality work and maintaining transparent commercial relationships. This Refund Policy outlines our position on refunds across all service areas. Please read this carefully before engaging our services.
Retainer services include Paid Search management, Paid Social management, and SEO.
No refunds are issued once a billing period has commenced. All work undertaken within the billing cycle is billable regardless of campaign performance, as performance is subject to factors outside QUANTIVA's sole control (including platform algorithm changes, budget constraints, market conditions, and client-side delays).
Clients may cancel retainer services with 30 days written notice to quantivamediagroup@gmail.com. All fees accrued up to and including the notice period remain payable.
The following cancellation policy applies to all training bookings:
Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours in advance will be accommodated where possible at no additional cost.
Clients are responsible for managing their platform billing accounts. QUANTIVA will assist with escalating platform billing issues where possible but cannot guarantee outcomes.
All talent placement fees — whether for permanent placements or outsourced/contract roles — are non-refundable once a candidate has been formally introduced to the client.
If a permanently placed candidate exits within 90 days of their confirmed start date, QUANTIVA will provide one free replacement candidate. This guarantee is subject to all of the following conditions being met:
If an outsourced contractor does not meet the agreed scope of deliverables within the first 30 days, QUANTIVA will provide a replacement at no additional cost, subject to the same conditions listed above and written notification within 7 days of the issue arising.
For once-off project engagements, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of work at the time of cancellation:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to quantivamediagroup@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Company Name]". Please include your invoice number, the service in question, and the reason for your request.
We will respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.
